Got a nice family room booked online, which was cool. 🌟 They had an electronic key card, a TV with lots of channels, and even ironing facilities in the room. the staff here were really friendly and willing to help with anything I needed.

The place was clean, spotlessly clean rooms. The staff were affable during 5 nights we stayed there. The location was particularly good, you can visit Tampere Hall by walking.

The location was excellent close to the railway station. Moreover, it was near to restaurant designed in the Scandinavian style, Finland and city center...

It was clean, staff was extremely friendly. This was a good location very close to restaurant designed in the Scandinavian style, city center and Tampere. Comforts of double room were fabulous - a safe and a minibar.

the place was perfect and quiet and the staff were hospitable, the location was marvellous in the middle of jackson. i had well-equipped, brand-new rooms with climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen tv. i had a lovely view. location: the hotel was not far from restaurant, and finland.

This place is clean with friendly staff and an amazing location right next to a Scandinavian-style restaurant, Finland, and the railway station.

This place is located in a new building in a fantastic spot, right in the heart of the city, making it conveniently close to a stylish Scandinavian restaurant and the train station.

In the morning, I enjoyed a peaceful breakfast, surrounded by the serene beauty of Lapland. The freshly baked bread, aromatic Northern fish, and delicious arctic char pie from Gallá Kitchen & Bar were a delightful way to start the day. As I sat on the large outdoor deck overlooking the lake, it felt like I was in my own little paradise. The unique combination of the spa area's tranquil atmosphere and the top floor location added an element of luxury that was hard to find elsewhere.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and fashionable, equipped with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. the location near the railroad station is magnificent and absolutely incredible. It's only a 15-minute walk to the center:)))

great location - close to railway station and within walking distance of city center. rooms are new and clean with excellent beds and soundproofing. breakfast is fantastic and staff is friendly. the hotel has a unique nordic touch and the ambiance in the reception and bar is wonderful.

I had a truly enchanting experience at Lapland Hotels Arena. As soon as I stepped into the elevator, I felt like I was transported to Lapland. The lobby had a mysterious and atmospheric interior, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, and the rain shower was a delightful bonus. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a variety of options for different diets and a unique Lapland twist. I particularly enjoyed the reindeer omelette prepared by Chef Juuso. my visit was fantastic, and I can't wait to stay at more of this hotel chain's properties again. Even though it was a bit far from the city center, the convenient 10-minute walk to the train station made it an excellent choice for arrival by rail.

Additionally, the entrance was a bit difficult to find. However, these minor inconveniences were overshadowed by the overall satisfaction I experienced during my stay.
